Are you sending confidential or secret information via SMS? Why are you concerned about Apple, when you have no such concerns about the cell phone provider?
If you are trying to keep company information private, then you really need an encryption enabled system, or something with greater security protocols. And that's why Blackberry is still around -- they still provide the most secure enterprise mobile devices.
