All it takes is some greedy ******* that want a free meal and siht on them. A friend owns a steak house and this one couple refuse to pay for their meal because they felt the steak was not well done enough. they refused to pay for both their meals after they had eaten most of their crap on their plate. They stiffed the waiter, no tip, and threaten to btich on Yelp. They did. My friend was pissed. Personally, I never read them
