FYI as a FORMER Audi Brand Specialist and now having moved to BMW, the information available form BMW is AMAZING especially when compared to the information available from AUDI.
AUDI has virtually NOTHING like the reports we can pull on the BMWs. No real central service information, no original configuration, Audi retains nothing and therefor makes nothing available. BMW on the other hand keeps thins information for a LONG time and the information is fairly complete.
BTW Porsche doesn't keep much available information either.
