I prefer crispy thin cut. Variety is the spice of life and it's rare not to find good fries. One of my favorite places makes a wedge cut fries thats baked goodness. Another does sweet potatoe fries drizzled with honey and sprinkled with cinnamon.
I had Poutine at a decent restaurant in Las Vegas that the friess had been cooked in duck fat OH DEAR LAWD it was tasty!
