Not exactly. They claim they do background checks. I owed them for 2 1/2 weeks of wages and I sent them the arrest report and copies of his criminal record that I got off of Google. I told them I was not going to pay them for the time he spent stealing from me. They never billed me for the 2 1/2 weeks.
