The biggest problem I can see with using truly stock cars would be the length of the races. Camrys, Fusions, Impalas... none can hit nearly 200mph stock. If race teams used stock cars, the Daytona 500 would take a day and a half.
Better bring a lot of ice in that cooler; gotta keep those mountains blue.
