Yes, a man had saved some of his precious bodily fluids and had it stored at a clinic. An ex-girlfriend somehow knew about this and made a withdrawal.

She had another doctor inseminate her. This took place about 3 years ago and the man is now suing the clinic and the ex-girlfriend.

I suppose she could be prosecuted for theft and fraud, but...
The courts will rule that the overarching interest is that of the child, even if it's conception was an illegal act. Yep... He'll pay child support.
