If you have been looking already, I can sympathize with you. I looked last fall for several months and while I found used Quaife's and even finally found a used Porsche factory limited slip, the cost was so high that after a rebuild they would just about equal a new one! I finally bought a new Quaife from Chris Fisher at Power House II and he has by far the best price (with shipping), even better than the shops in San Diego could get from the distributors! He must buy a lot of them and he warranties them pretty well too. It finally cost me about $4200 or so ( $1260 for the Quaife) to get esentially a new transmission as it needed sliders, bearings, synchros, etc, etc and it shifts better than most any transmission I have ever used. Good luck.
