Tip: Push yourself....No reason you can't bicycle the day after surgery....You have to start out doing 1/2 revolutions, and then pedaling backwards and try it again....In 1/4 mile, you'll be making full revolution and work it from there........
I've had 5 knee surgeries and one replacement......
