I don't mean to be a dick about this, but name a country and I'll find elements of racism, often institutionalized racism.

I don't claim that racism is non-existent in those places, only that they are far less racist than the USA.

Tobra jumps into this thread with the statement, pulled straight from his ass, that the USA is "the least racist country on earth". Based on what? It's an extremely ignorant statement, IMO and travel experience.
