That's a tough one. To get involve that is. No doubt they did not tighten the wheel nuts. I have seen this before n my 30 year in the occupation. It doesn't take long before they all give way. If you want her for a customer perhaps you can give her a good price on the repair instead of getting involved with the other competitor. Ask the customer if the recent repair involved removal of the wheel. What was the vehicle?[/COLOR]
