Disagree.

If the seller's story is true, he sold the wrong wheels and the true owner, the 930 customer, is now out a set of wheels he did not want to sell. Who's screwed here? The 930 owner. If you could make him right by returning the wheels, though you may not have a legal requirement to do so, that's a moral decision.
