Hey, I'll take one of those 427 Cobras for $7K. I'd also like to go back to the age I was when they cost that much. If I remember right, that was a time when a man could completely provide for his family on $400 to $500/month and $7K was a very large amount of money to the average guy. I had a neighbor down the street from me in the early '80s who had one in his garage. He'd rumble by once in a while with his kids in the car when he'd take it out to circulate the fliuds. I asked him what he was going to do with it once when I was there drooling over it. He said he'd decided to sell it for around $98K and use the money to buy a new house. I don't think he ever tried the 0-100-0 thing.
