I replaced a heat pump for a 1200 sf cottage in Tampa. During the install we moved the unit but kept the ductwork underneath the house. They charged me maybe a hundred extra for materials. In your case the move will require a service call to evacuate the unit and might mean a new or extended refrigeration line set,. I would guess you should be able to do under $500 but larger distances or units and local contractor pricing will obviously be a factor.
