[QUOTE=flash968;7322130]yup - if value is at all a concern, then you're stuck. long ago i tossed any thought of value out the window. i only wanted to create the ultimate 968, while retaining the features the factory intended, but update it to the performance of cars today.

that being said, it was not cheap. i have over $160k into my car to date. it is finally very close to being done. all mechanical and interior work will be done friday. then i just strip the paint again and redo that, and i'm done. the paint will wait for a year or so though. i really want to drive the car for a while before i once again take it off the road for 3 months.

Flash I'm glad that you created the ultimate 968 and I'm no way jealous of your achievement. But let's be fair who the heck on this forum can afford to drop $160K in their 924s/944s/968s.Let's say that I got great respect for the research and the work you have done over the years trying to improve our car either mechanically or esthetically, but lol flash be reasonable when it come to giving advices to peoples using your car as example. Most of us woudn't even be able to invest that kind of money in their machine unless lol they sell their property & move in a room and board. So with all the experience you got why don't you give the OP some sound down to earth advices about his suspension set up which won't cost him a fortune, because you know darn well he won't be able to afford the type of suspension you got on your car value concern or not.Take care
