Didn't know that. I bought my first house from Danny Elfman. I wanted new carpeting as part of the deal and he countered with used, but nice carpet from his parents house. He and I pulled out the old carpet and put in the newer carpeting. This was when "Oingo Boingo" his band was hot. I also got a band signed LP out of the deal. 1982 or so. Nice down to Earth guy. I should Reach out to him. He scores music for some of our features.
