Just lost 27 lb so I do feel better, but still have failing joints...two replacements so far...looking at a third soon. Short term memory is shot. Deaf as a post w/o hearing aids. Last year broke a lumbar vertebra from osteoporosis.. Same plumbing problems as the rest of you. Way too many of my friends with terminal diseases... Naps are no longer optional.

OTOH, I find that people/women in the general public are nicer to older people...a pleasant thing indeed.
