We require a minimum of 8 characters with a mix of letters, numbers and punctuation or capital letters.

Changed every 180 days.
Too complex or making them change it too often can make it worse than being reasonable. I am less worried about someone using a local account which is restricted anyway than many of the other ways we could be vulnerable.
