i have now for several years, only in my left ear.
what started it all was when a fire cracker blew up next to my ear back in 87. (i was far away but it was blown over next to me from one of those strings of firecrackers).
i really should have been more careful with it over the years but the music, shooting a gun without protection(twice) did it in. i tell myself it could have been my left eye.
perhaps that is one way to help her deal with it. its NOT cancer.
i played music and enjoyed being a sound engineer for live music. that ended quite suddenly.
