I don't lose my temper often...
And I'm embarrassed to admit (swearing was not allowed in the house where I grew up)
When I do blow my top... with out thinking... out of my mouth comes..
"Mother f***ing piece of sh**"
At work when things are totally messed up I will tell my supervisor "the situation is not ideal"
