Hey!
Everytime I go to shift into second, there is a grinding noise, and alot of resistance. If I wait for the RMPs to drop to idle speed, it goes in fine. I assume it is the synchros but I wanted to make sure.

Also, what type of gearbox does the 944 have, and where can I get synchros and sliders for it?
