Ever compare the size of players from the 60's, 70's to today's? Player's today ARE bigger AND HIT MUCH HARDER. Listen to 'da Coach Ditka on some of the networks or interviews and he'll say it. The NFL is trying to put out fires.... lawsuits, head trauma.
Somewhat related, who was the POTUS that ordered a ban on the head ram and gang tackle? This was long before the NFL. Was it Teddy Roosevelt??
