Nothing better than a five hour internet outage and having the guy at tech support trying to tell me it is on my end, when I have my modem plugged into the network box outside. Kinda rules out it being MY problem. Then he decided it was my modem, so I said hold on, I have another known good one.
I love it when the tech guys think I don't know how to trouble shoot internet issues.
