Smokers are bottom feeders (I used to smoke) who have little concern about what they are putting into their bodies, why do you think they would for a moment ponder what they flick out of their cars?
Anyone who smokes now has no self awareness or discipline, zippy. They obviously care nothing about themselves, why should you expect them to care about your lawn?
