Have family in Bel Air, Kingsville, etc. and lived several years nearby in Perry Hall. IF I were to move back to the wrong side of the (Bay) bridge I'd look very hard in just a few areas including Frederick, Bel Air & Westminster. Common element being somewhat rural areas not totally inundated with box stores and mass housing. All have that but you can escape it to a degree.
You are certainly looking at two great places.
One last benefit of Bel Air...you will become a mandatory O's fan and as such you will learn why you heard the big 'O' from the crowd during the national anthem at the super bowl.

Well i had #6 adjusted perfectly but then just before i tightened it a butterfly in Zimbabwe farted and now i have to start all over again!
