Arvada is a great area. Minutes from the foothills and about 45 minutes from both the mountains and the airport. Low crime, Great schools and a mix of older and newer houses.
We have a house built in 1963 sitting on a 1/2 acre in a nice established neighborhood. Enough land to have a nice yard and a extra back garage.
About an hour away from our new track too.
