Dog question for you....
We have a neighbor a woman about 30 yo who has quite a large dog that sometimes pulls a tire on a rope down our back lane. The back lane is still snow covered. The dog does not look happy doing thing it. So I said to her what are you doing with that dog? She said it is in training so the dog can pull her on her scooter!
So I said really. My wife and I agreed that dog should be allowed to be a dog. What do you think?I am guessing the dog is about 70lbs. Is this cruelty to animals?
