This, my friend, is an awesome problem to have.
Keep both. If that's not possible, consider that owning a 911 is a very different driving and ownership experience. The real question is what kind of experience you're looking for.
I deliberately chose, for example, a 911 that needed work because that's the experience I wanted. Only you really know what kind of satisfaction you're looking to derive.
IMO, there's no wrong decision here, but good luck with it!
