My niece spent the night and we all went scorpion hunting with the blacklight flashlights I bought. The boys and my niece had a hey day! They thought it was so fun! They were calling each other the scorpion patrol. Don't think I have laughed so much in so long. But we killed 12 scorpions!!!! Ewwwww!!! I think we are gonna do this at least once a week during the warm months. Hey, at least the kids think its fun. I guess a learning opportunity too. We talked about nocturnal animals, why scorpions are so hard to kill, what they eat, etc. I am such a nerd!
