I'm down in my Az house right now. So far in 3 years I have not seen any and am glad of it.

Tweez, from what it sounds like you are doing all the right things. Sealed, spraying for their food source and doing the night hunts. Make sure they spray in your water meter box.

Do you have a watering or drip irrigation? I was told if you do, it's best to run them right after sunrise so that things can dry out during the day and leave less for the scorps to try to drink on at night. They are opportunists and seek the easiest way for everything.
