CHICKS, you are harsh.
His last post on the forum was 28 Jan, and before that he was pretty much posting daily.
Go ahead and ban him. If he's dead it won't matter anyway 
Here's hoping that whatever is going on ends and he makes good, as I expect he would, if he could. Not that I have had any direct dealings with him.
