I agree with Randy. 13.3 in a quarter is not a viable stock time for that engine. And with a 4.1 gear, she'll sure be high revving at 106 mph.
For comparison, the published specs on a 69 Yenko Camaro with a 427 gives a 1/4 mile speed of 105.5
