Grew up just north of Cincy & lived here my whole life. Great area. Easy to criticize during the winter months. Look around. You actually get a LOT more for your money in Northern Kentucky in most cases ( in my opinion). Right now I work both in Dayton & in Louisville, that's a big reason why I'm here, but taxes are good on this side of the muddy Ohio, only real pain over here is the annual re-registration tax on cars... (Though its next to nothing on the old Porsche)

My sister has an OK, nice 100 year old or so brick house in Covington that she paid $95K for. Narrow, two story with steep stairs. Not my cup of tea but not bad. She works in Cincy for the DOE. Terrible drive across that stupid old bridge to Covington.
