Powerhaus claimed 22 more hp from the mass flow. My total system is a K27DR turbo, MAF, higher fuel pressure, extrude honed intake, chips, and a ported/polished head. The MAF also included a cone KN air filter (no one seems to be able to agree on them as to whether they are good or not). I also have a good head gasket. The DR was an option on the turbo that was supposed to spool it up faster and provide a little more boost. I have been satisfied with the setup. At PCA events, there is little that will pull away in a straight line. I have known other people who have had great difficulty with MAF's.
I really like the MAF. It is very smooth. I have had trouble with its connections (male-female plugs). They seem to get dirty and cause rich running. I clean them every year and keep them taped. I guess they oxidate, changing the resistance and screwing things up.
