Why would you do this? The answer is reduced flow not pressure unless the coolers have massive tube ID.
Most people use the 30MM pump and then step up to an extra external cooler without any issue.
Is you case plumbed for full flow? if not then I don't recommend just using a sandwhich adapter under the fliter. they don't really work.
