Okay, here is what I've found. Wireless Bluetooth earbuds can cost as much as $150. I ended up buying this set for $35.

They work just fine. Come with three sets of earpieces (small, medium, large), snap on ear hooks, a USB charger and a special charging cord. The Bluetooth pairing process isn't explained well in the instructions, you have to press/hold the power button until the blue and red LED
alternate, then it will show up in your iPhone's Bluetooth setup. There are two other buttons which skip forward and backwards in your music. Sound is okay, not great or awful. Don't know how long the battery lasts (supposedly 4 hours), I haven't run it dry yet.
