Well It's a 924 Turbo Motor which is about the best 924 motor there was. 145HP is stock trim. Totally different from the standard 924 (Slightly Different Block, Totally Different Head).. I did some rough measurements and it's 2-3" Shorter than the 350 Chevy. A Tad Taller. Problem is KEP doesn't make an adapter to connect it to the 901 Trans.
The 924 Turbo/944 Trans is probally stronger but I don't want to mess with the shifter linkage and there's no Clutch Fork in the Trans or Starter Hole.
So I guess that Idea is SCRAP. Anyone need a 924 Turbo Motor and Trans?
I need some 911 Struts and 5 lug rear hubs.
