Thats the right number, they should be green and need to be greased liberally to fit into place with lots of resistance as you load the cam carrier and heads.
The o rings need to be greased and then inspected to make sure they are not twisted and crushed on install and seat all the way.
I cant inmagine loading them being easy or loose.
