How does anyone spend (I.E. LOSE) half a trillion dollars?
Solyndra- Empty factory made of gold. To be auctioned off....
Fisker- Elite sports car run by foreigners.
Tesla- Elite sports car run by foreigners. (Although Musk has made other tech progresses, I object to the name usage.)
~$1.5 Trillion in green political distraction games, and nothing acheived.
