Nope! TWO different statutes! yes no car can be lower than the rim at the lowest portion. It's a SMART law. I'll adhere to t. Get a flat and you're cars body is steering not the wheels.
The'res a law here in California that the headlights need to be 24" or more off of the road.
Mid 1959 California Chp Officer busted a kid on it. Kid takes a look at the 1959 Chevy CHP car and it comes up short. 23 1/2" EVERY CHP car got new springs! If I met the guy I would buy him a beer.
