Unless it can consistently stop the threat of China's DF-21D ASBM, I don't think it's a game changer. The DF-21D caused the US to rethink some of their strategy and defense since a single DF-21D can sink an aircraft carrier.
When the US Navy start rethinking strategy because of a single weapon...that's a game changer.
