Chassis goes between the uprights. Suspension connects the uprights to the chassis. I'm on the suspension team, not chassis.

I found this old photo in the pile of photos I have been digging through. This is me on my bycicle next to the Apollo 11 "moon module" that kept the world safe from the moon bugs. Neal Armstrong waved at me. This was just a few blocks from our house at Hickam AFB in Hawaii. They loaded the module in an Air Force cargo jet and flew back home.
