Any environmental techs here? Old gas station.
Hoping to get a bit of free advice re: Phase 1, 2 environmental inspections, Risk Assesment, and Record of site conditions, province of Ontario.
But any general knowledge about USTs, gas contamination of soil, etc might be of help too.
