I like to see well-played golf shots. It just happens that he's good at what he does. I don't watch him for any other reason. The golf tour isn't as nice as it appears on TV and there are a lot of players that do things I wouldn't, on and off the course. I tune in to see a golf game, not a soap opera.
As for this weekend, any serious golf enthusiast could name other instances where players did things that were questionable and rules officials didn't do what the pundits expected. Some of the sports biggest names were involved. Palmer's first win in 1958 was one such example.
