Here's what all the people I work with in California have been seeing today .. the clock over the finish in the pictures of the blast reading 4:10 and our friend projected to finish at 4:04:51. We finally got word that she was a few hundred ft away, past the finish line, safe and sound. She's 62 BTW. Finished 41st in her division. About 17,000 people finished previously. The spectator density could have been worse earlier.
Very sad, disruptive situation. There needs to be a unique way of dealing with this level of malefiecence.
