Exactly. And by the color of the box, it appears to be a
storage box, not a public drop box, and is accessible only with a key. They are bolted to the concrete, not likely to be removed for an event.
Lots of confusion and now, the statements reflect only an
identifiable image of an individual has been secured. Who it is is still unknown.
