Looks like a very nice high 30s car to me... but the photos are too small to support anything past $37-38K. It's possible that in person, the car would break $40K because of the sensory qualities, but as Christian points out, there are a couple details that may not be spot on.
And remember, some 3.2s had valve guide issues that revealed themselves at 50-70K miles...
