If it was organized terrorism, I would think a more effective bomb would be used. Even McVeigh was able to take down a large portion of a building when acting alone. And I still don't believe McVeigh's action were "terrorism." McVeigh hoped to inspire a revolt against what he considered to be a tyrannical federal government. But I guess the government needs to label anyone who asserts their Constitutional rights against tyranny as a terrorist in order to keep the masses controlled and to avoid having to re-evaluate its policies. I'm not saying how he revolted was an appropriate way to be things, but it wasn't terrorism in my mind.

The 9/11 hijackers were revolting against the perceived tyrannical international policy of the United States. Guess they were ok too?
