The wine aerator has been around now for about 2+ years. It does improve and or increases the flavor along with breathing the wine much faster. I live the the Santa Rita Valley in Santa Ynez, CA, where some of the best rated Pinots over the last 4-5 years have come from (Seasmoke). It is a great item to have that works well & good value; but it does need to be rinsed out with changes between bottles to be tasted.
This weekend is the Santa Barbara County Wine Festival in the Santa Ynez valley of the region. The event has over 200 wineries signed up at the main event

; along with all the Vintner Dinners & events over the next three days. With many tasting and pairing events scheduled over the weekend!
Cheers
