So after a great day at Hershey. I got back to the hotel with a charger and my meter.

My battery reads 12v, after starting the car it reads 11.5v, if I turn on the lights it drops to 11v and very slowly starts to drop.

I have the battery on a charger now. Does anyone have any ideas? Should I order a new alternator? I replaced every fuse in the car...needed to be done anyway.
